REFUND POLICY FOR SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS TO Account upgrades.
At Omni BuySell Forum DIGITAL SERVICES, we are dedicated to surpassing our customers’ expectations. Our aim is to provide you with the necessary resources and tools to help you succeed.
However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please find below our refund policies for each one.
Definitions
Omni Buy|Sell Services website:
- "Consumer" is defined as in section 12 of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
- "General Terms and Conditions" refer to the terms and conditions stated here.
- "Specific Terms and Conditions" apply to each product or service offered by Omni Buy|Sell Services through the website. In case of any conflict between these specific terms and the general terms, the specific terms will take priority.
- "Website" or "Site" refers to all pages of the Omni Buy|Sell Services website.
- "Omni Buy|Sell Services," "forum.icodes.io," "we," "us," "our," or "ourselves" refers to Omni Buy|Sell Services LTD.
Omni BuySell Refund Policy
Upon signing up and upgrading your account for Omni BuySell, you gain immediate access to a vast library of information that is only accessible to active Omni BuySell members. You also gain access to downloadable tools and a highly active community of members who openly share their experiences.
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot provide refunds for Omni BuySell subscription access to Account upgrades.
No partial refunds will be given should you decide to terminate your subscription before your renewal date. However, you will retain access to Omni BuySell until the end of your payment term.
Protecting You as a Member
In the past, we used to offer refunds if a member was not fully satisfied with our product.
However, we quickly discovered that some people were accessing Omni BuySell, downloading the tools, watching the content, and even taking advantage of the community by requesting refunds.
Since members of Omni BuySell benefit the most when they share their projects and experiences, we cannot allow such behavior to occur. This policy protects Omni BuySell members by preventing those who would take advantage of others.

What to Do if You’re in Omni BuySell and Aren’t Satisfied
Our experience has shown that there is rarely an issue for an Omni BuySell member that we cannot resolve through communication. Below are some guidelines to follow if you are having trouble with any aspect of Omni BuySell.
If you are having trouble building your site or channel, or implementing something taught in Omni BuySell, start by posting about it in the Omni BuySell community. The moderators and many other Omni BuySell members are active participants and are eager to help you succeed!
If you think that anything in the Omni BuySell course materials or tools is unclear or inadequately covered, send a private message or tag @Omnibuysell in the Omni BuySell community.
For any other questions, such as billing, access to Omni BuySell resources, or subscribing to the podcast, send a private message to @Omnibuysell in the Omni BuySell community, or reach out to him using the support email address provided to Omni BuySell members.
Exception to this Policy
The Omni BuySell return policy applies to new signups as well as renewals. However, if a member forgets or neglects to cancel their account before renewal, we will gladly cancel their account and refund their renewal fee if they request it in writing within 30 days of their renewal date.
